D.O.T. MEDICAL EXAMS
Your Practitioner will
- Review your health history
- Perform the D.O.T. Physical Exam
- Perform a urine test to detect hidden
- health problems, ie. glucose, protein & blood
- Complete the DMV Commercial Driver Fitness Report
- Provide two original Commercial Driver Fitness reports
- Provide Medical Certificate

WHAT DRUGS ARE TESTED FOR?
All urine specimens are analyzed for the following drugs:
- Marijuana (THC metabolite)
- Cocaine
- Amphetamines
- Opiates (including heroin)
- Phencyclidine (PCP)
- Semi-Synthetic Opioids
RANDOM TESTING
Drivers are automatically added to the program with a negative drug test result.
If the driver is removed from the program or has not participated for more than 30 days it is required to take a new pre-employment test with a negative result
